Hengsperger is rebuilding the metals supply chain American manufacturers depend on. Nox Metals stocks aerospace-grade aluminum plate and cuts it to specification, replacing the three-to-five day quoting cycle of legacy service centers with automated quotes and next-day delivery. The 75,000-square-foot plant is running now, not coming online. A University of Michigan graduate whose father owned a machine shop, Hengsperger raised a $14M seed led by Hyperion, was named to the 2025 Forbes 30 Under 30, and signs his email "Reindustrialize America."
